How can we help?

How to get help with EduFit, report something, or manage your account.

Last updated · 21 August 2026

Email us — a real person reads it.

There is no ticket robot. Tell us what happened and roughly when, and we will get back to you. If you are a club member, you can also just speak to a coach in person — most things get sorted faster that way.

Email support

Trouble signing in

Signing in sends a 6-digit code to your email. There is no password. If the code does not arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — that is usually where it is.
  • Use your ISB email, the one ending in isb.ac.th — students, teachers, and staff. No other address is accepted.
  • Codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours has, request a new one.

Still stuck? Email logan@getedufit.app and say which address you are trying.

Report a post, comment, or member

You do not need to email us to report something. It is built into the iOS app:

  • A post or comment — open the menu on it and choose Report, then pick a reason.
  • A member — open their profile and choose Report, or Block to stop seeing their content entirely.

Reports go to the club coaches, who aim to act within 24 hours. They can remove content or, for serious or repeated problems, close an account. If something is urgent or involves a safety concern, email logan@getedufit.app as well so it is not waiting in a queue.

Your data, your account

Both of these are in the iOS app under Settings, and neither needs us:

  • Download my data — exports everything we hold about you as a JSON file.
  • Delete my account — permanently deletes your account and your personal data. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, because it cannot be undone.

If you cannot get into your account to do either, email us from your student email and we will help.

For parents

EduFit is built for students aged 13 and up. If your child is under 18, you can email logan@getedufit.app about their account at any time — including asking what is stored or asking us to delete it.

Everything on this page applies to you too: the export and delete controls live in the app under Settings, and the privacy policy explains, in plain English, exactly what the app collects and why.

A note on the numbers

Estimates, not medical advice

Calorie and macro figures are estimates, largely derived from USDA FoodData Central. EduFit is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, a physiotherapist, or a qualified coach.

Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or eating programme, and stop if something feels wrong. If you are worried about your relationship with food or exercise, please speak to a trusted adult, a coach, or your doctor.

Data sources and licenses

EduFit is built on open data, and the projects behind it deserve credit:

  • Exercise descriptions and muscle diagrams are adapted from wger, an open-source workout manager, and are used under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. We have edited names and descriptions and mapped muscles onto our own heatmap.
  • Packaged-food nutrition data comes from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License.
  • Generic-food nutrition data comes from USDA FoodData Central (public domain).
  • Lessons marked as verified cite the published research they are written from, with a link to the paper.
